Precast Concrete Factory
Operating over 30 years to date, ACICO Construction’s precast factory has been producing all types of precast concrete elements under ideal conditions that guarantee an efficient manufacturing process with highest quality and speed.
The Precast Factory is fitted with 8 production halls covering the following:
Pre-stressed / Pre-tensioned Concrete Elements:
- 4 Production lines for Hollow Core Slabs
- 3 Production lines for Double Tee Slabs
- 3 production lines Pre-stressed beams:
Precast Production:
- All types of structural frame elements (Columns, beams, solid slabs, …)
- Bearing wall panels and external cladding panels with multiple thicknesses and color ranges, according to projects specifications and required concrete grade.
- Boundary walls in various architectural designs, types, colors and required logos.
- Barriers and bridges parapets of various types and applications.
- Bridge Segments.
- Other products (foundations, guard rooms, marine wave breakers, wheel stoppers, landscaping elements and planters).
Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC):
Durable façade cladding panels and decorative elements with a variety of colors and finishes (design, manufacturing and installation)
Reinforcement Steel Workshop:
2 halls for all reinforcement steel cut & bend requirements, with a separate production line for wire mesh steel with different diameters and spacing.
Approvals
ACICO Construction is accredited by all government
entities as precast providers, partnering with all major
contractors in Kuwait to deliver key development projects.
Factory size: 95,000 m2
