An ACICO team recently headed to Ghana for a special recruitment operation, which resulted in the addition of about 50 new members to the ACICO family. The team conducted the trip to ensure the diversity of nationalities within the workplace, following the Ministerial decision to balance Kuwait’s economy by hiring workers from various countries.

ACICO was up for the challenge and became the first company in Kuwait to hire a large workforce from Ghana. The company held interviews with over 500 candidates for various positions in a cement plant. As a result, the hiring team recruited around 50 candidates, pointing to the potential of hiring an even higher number in the future

Moreover, ACICO will meet with the Ambassador of Vietnam soon to discuss employment opportunities for the Vietnamese people in Kuwait, a move that will further diversify our big family’s workforce.
